Shipping and return policies for Iron Kingdom

Shipping Info

The majority of our shipments go out within 3 days of the order being placed via Canada Post.

We will do our best to provide a safe and secure shipping method for each product.

When ordering multiple products we will package all of them into one container for the most price effective shipping.

Tracking: Our orders do not come with tracking. Tracking is an additional cost, so if this is something you require, please contact us at iron_kingdom@hotmail.com before your purchase and we can get you a proper quote with tracking included.

We are an independant band that currently packages all our orders on our own, so please show some patience regarding your orders, sometimes it may take us a few days to package and ship out your order.  In the event that it will take longer than a few days, we will personally contact you with a more realistic timeline as to when you can expect your order to be delivered.

We will ship globaly, with the exception of any areas inaccesable to Canada Post.  In some instances (e.g. COVID stopped some shipping routes at points across 2020-2022).  some locations have been known to be temporarily inaccesable.

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

With the following exceptions:

-In the event that we have sent the incorrect product/size we will handle the costs and send the correct item.  Unless it no longer exists, in which we will issue a full refund.

-If you'd like to echange a size (Clothing articles), you are welcome to cover the shipping costs to return the original order, as well as pay the additional shipping fees for us to send you another size.
